In the last blog I talked about how a healthy mind and body promotes healthy hair; but to add to that, it is very important to add good foods especially protein into your diet. Some good protein sources are: peantu butter, beans, chicken, eggs(which can also be used as an ingredient for conditioning treatments),spinach, and etc. If you are someone that do not eat veggies you can suppliment with vitamin B6 and B12. MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE TAKING ANY SUPPLIMENTS, and remember that you are what you eat so keep your eyes open and guard your mouth with a vengeance, LOL.
